We live in a time where “inclusion” is often discussed, but rarely interrogated.

Who decides what the centre is? Whose truths are positioned as legitimate? And what happens when people are invited into systems that never made space for them to begin with?

 

Reconfiguring Gravity is a framework developed by Hikmah Consulting to challenge how we think about power, voice, and belonging. It explores the forces that shape who is central, who is peripheral, and what ethical, structural change looks like when we stop treating inclusion as an invitation and start treating it as a reconfiguration.

 

This work draws on lived experience, systems thinking, and values-based leadership. It’s not about fixing people, it’s about shifting the forces that define the field.
