A boutique consulting practice, Hikmah brings best practice management consulting to those clients who traditionally had the least access to such expertise. Our aim is to help NGOs, Community Organisations, Small and Medium Enterprises leverage the same knowledge and expertise that large business do to set themselves up for Success.

 

Hikmah is an Arabic word that is commonly translated as "Wisdom". As with all translations though this doesn't do it justice. Hikmah is not only having wisdom, knowledge or expertise but it is also about conveying these in a manner that leads to sustainable change.

 

We recognise that there are values and passions that underpin the activities of our partners. These are the inherent qualities that make the organisation what it is and are the very same things that are often at risk when our partners seek to make that next transformational step. We at Hikmah help our partners identify those unique characteristics and ensure they remain core to the organisation as it builds strategies to grow.

With knowledge and experience across many fields, including Accounting, Law and Human Resources, and industries such as Retail, Logistics and the not-for-profit sector, Ghaith brings a unique blend of skills and professionalism to the management consultancy landscape. His passion is to make that expertise available to those partners that would normally struggle to access such support and to do it in a way that preserves the essence of the organisation, the driving passion that it started with, while taking the necessary and important steps to setting itself up for the future.
